It truly is a blessing to be called, ‘Mom.’ And to have received love from a mother… a divine exchange in the circle of life. I love because I’ve been loved.
1 John 4:10
King James Version (KJV)
10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
I’m honored to be a mother and I receive the honor from it! A divine order that God has blessed women with, the reception of His blessing, an opportunity to touch and know the future by making us stewards over His best gifts (children) to the world.
The Voice (VOICE)
3 Know this: children are a gift from the Eternal;
the fruit of the womb is His reward.
4 Your sons born in your youth are a protection,
like arrows in the hand of a warrior.
5 Happy is the man who has
his quiver full, for they will help and protect him when he is old.
He will not be humiliated when he is accused at the gate,
for his sons will stand with him against his enemies.
You are truly blessed when someone calls you, ‘Mom.’ It means you have opened your hearts to a love that only you can experience through the nurturing of God’s greatest gift… a child.
Amplified Bible (AMP)
22 The blessing of the Lord—it makes [truly] rich, and He adds no sorrow with it [neither does toiling increase it].
Let this Mothers Day be like no other because you have kissed the future and made the world better with a child. To our children we say thank you for allowing us to experience divine love. The joy, the peace and the tears through the years that shaped and made us mothers by holding your hands as you guided us into eternal motherhood. We will always be mothers to our children, grandchildren, neighborhoods children, the city, the nation and the world. We are mothers! Someone, somewhere will always have to be nurtured and a child has taught us how…
Amplified Bible (AMP)
25 Strength and dignity are her clothing andher position is strong and secure; she rejoices over the future [the latter day or time to come, knowing that she and her family are in readiness for it]!
26 She opens her mouth in skillful and godly Wisdom, and on her tongue is the law of kindness [giving counsel and instruction].
27 She looks well to how things go in her household, and the bread of idleness (gossip, discontent, and self-pity) she will not eat.
28 Her children rise up and call her blessed (happy, fortunate, and to be envied); and her husband boasts ofand praises her, [saying],
29 Many daughters have done virtuously, nobly, andwell [with the strength of character that is steadfast in goodness], but you excel them all.
30 Charmand grace are deceptive, and beauty is vain [because it is not lasting], but a woman who reverently and worshipfully fears the Lord, she shall be praised!
31 Give her of the fruit of her hands, and let her own works praise her in the gates [of the city]!
