Everyone has hope. Hope is a two-sided coin. One side is positive the other is negative. All hope in general is the expectation of something that is going to happen from thoughts expressed through words. The something is either positive (good) or negative (bad.) Did you ever see someone who always had something bad happening to them? That’s because they are in negative thoughts of expectation expressed through their negative words. You have to know what hope ‘is not’ in order to know what ‘it is.’ You can cancel out hope (positive hope) by saying something negative (negative hope.) Children pick this up real quick form their parents. Example: believing and hoping for a promotion – something array goes on and they don’t even know the outcome. They will start saying negative things about themselves canceling out the positive hope. They brought about the failed promotion with the negative words that expressed their hope. Hope is always expressed through words. I know what you are hoping for by what you are saying because what you are saying is what you were thinking.
Romans 15:13 Names of God Bible (NOG)
May God, the source of hope, fill you with joy and peace through your faith in him. Then you will overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
If you don’t have joy and peace by speaking joy and peace then you don’t have the God kind of Hope (positive hope.)
