You can live a stress free life by letting go of all negative thoughts and negative attitudes. You know it’s known as ‘worry.’ Worrying over impending doom, things you can’t change and the possible lost of loved ones is all a part of fear. There is nothing positive about worrying but it’s a negative work that we feel we have to do to get a positive outcome. That is as crazy as it reads. So stop it! Whatever you focus on in life you will get. You can be sure of that. Why? When you focus on a positive or negative thought you align your spirit, your soul (mind, will, emotions, and intellect) and body up with it. Aligning up of your being is an automatic response to focus. You then live out the consequence of that focused thought and everyone around lives it out too! The focused negative thoughts that consume us we know as fear (stress.) The focused positive thoughts that consume us we know as faith. It takes the same energy to go negative as it does to go positive except going negative can make you sick and depressed. Don’t say you can’t change. If you do you align your whole being up with ‘I can’t change.’ Things that don’t change die! Change is one of the definitions of LIFE. #muchlove
